Civil Site Engineer

Direct hire opening with our client for a mid-level Civil Site Enginerr.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in civil or environmental engineerin, an EIT and a minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience.
This role requires the ability to lead development work, mentor a team, and execute a wide range of civil engineering and management tasks across various market sectors including industrial, commercial, residential, energy, mining, and oil/gas.
Essential Duties

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Perform site evaluations, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• Design and oversee the construction of site development projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Strong technical proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
