Siding Site Supervisor

The Accent Group is currently recruiting for a Siding Site Supervisor:

Serving the tri-state area for over 30 years. The Accent Group has been specializing in construction, restoration and painting services for residential and commercial properties in the tri-state area since 1994. Headquartered in Nutley, New Jersey, the Accent Group offers a wide range of services like interior and exterior painting, window replacements, deck installation/refinishing, roofing, siding and masonry services.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Siding Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing siding projects and ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients. In this position you will manage all daily aspects of a siding project. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the project. Ensure that all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and applicable codes.

Ability to professionally communicate with Engineers, Homeowners, and Property Managers. Provide guidance and support to Accent employees and subcontractor siding workers on-site. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders. Supervise and coordinate siding projects from start to finish. This position performs actual siding installation.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

· A valid and clean driver’s license

· 2-5 years’ experience with managing siding projects.

· Ability to read Engineering blue prints and specifications

· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

· Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

· Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and subcontractors
