Siding Installer

We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of installation tasks, including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and heavy lifting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess excellent hand tool skills. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Perform installation tasks according to project specifications
- Complete trim carpentry work, including installing baseboards, crown molding, and window casings
- Assist with frame carpentry, such as building walls and installing doors
- Lift and move heavy materials and equipment as needed
- Utilize a variety of hand tools to complete installation tasks
- Work on rooftops for installation projects as required
- Assist with metal stud framing and concrete forming when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in trim carpentry and frame carpentry
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficient in using a variety of hand tools
- Knowledge of construction estimating is a plus
- Familiarity with masonry work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
