Job Description

As a Digital Producer with expertise in enterprise web builds, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the entire digital production process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of enterprise-level web projects. Your technical acumen, project management skills, and client-facing abilities will be key to delivering exceptional digital experiences that meet our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership:
    • Lead the end-to-end production process for enterprise web builds, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to final delivery and launch.
    • Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them define project goals, timelines, and budgets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create detailed project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Requirement Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough analyses of client requirements and objectives to develop comprehensive digital solutions.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, translating them into actionable project deliverables.
    • Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively offering innovative solutions and mitigations.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Effectively communicate project progress, updates, and any changes to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with design teams to develop engaging user experiences, ensuring alignment with client branding and usability standards.
    • Coordinate with development teams to execute front-end and back-end development, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical specifications.
    • Partner with quality assurance teams to conduct rigorous testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, bug-free solutions.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize your deep understanding of enterprise web technologies, frameworks, and CMS platforms to drive the development of scalable and efficient solutions.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously expanding your knowledge and sharing insights with the team.
Qualifications

Must be located within range of one of these Sia locations (New York, Bay Area, Los Angeles, or Charlotte)

  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • A solid team player with an independent thinker’s mentality
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and able to multitask
  • Flexible and analytical
  • Results-oriented, self-directed, endlessly curious, and entrepreneurial-minded
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Experience in management consulting firms or agencies is preferred
  • Bachelors degree required

Additional Information

California & New York Compensation Information

California & New York compensation for this opportunity ranges between $83,000 and $107,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and market location.
