Form of workReporting to the VP of BD & Physician Enterprise Strategy, the Director Central Scheduling is a leader who is responsible for administering, coordinating, and reviewing the performance of patient access functions across the organization, including referral management, scheduling, and monitoring best practices and metrics to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers. Day to day needs will vary in this role. This position is expected to wear multiple “hats” and be able to jump and assist accordingly while managing a team.
Tasks may include but not limited to scheduling appointments, triaging, prescription management, transportation, appointment reminders and prep outreach, referral management, outreach for best practice and preventive medicine, patient education and training all Sinai Caregivers regarding standard of work and Patient Care Customer Service for the highest expectations.
