We operate eight branch locations and seven showrooms throughout Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
Function: Conducting showroom appointments; Assisting walk-in customers; Proposal generation; Be knowledge experts on products; Maximize sales volume; and most importantly, providing a memorable customer service experience by implementing the PDI Premium Client Service standards.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products, which may include lighting and plumbing
- Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information
- Greet guests upon arriving in our retail showroom, learn their motivation for their visit, and develop a lasting customer relationship
- Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately
- Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
Position Requirements:
- Preferred 3 years of sales/service experience, and preferably in the kitchen and bath, home improvement, or hospitality industry. A graduate degree in Kitchen & Bath design is desired.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be results-oriented.
- Candidate must be capable of creating and communicating product and/or design solutions promptly and articulate why to buy from The PDI Kitchen, Bath, and Lighting Showroom/KOHLER Signature Store.
- Candidate must have strong computer knowledge and skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and or drafting software. In addition, they must have the ability to learn the PDI business and operating system.
- The Candidate will be required to take a Caliper and/or Personality Assessment.
