TOTO USA

Showroom Channel Manager - Remote

This newly created critical role will be responsible for Showroom channel planning and execution through the field sales team to drive significant growth for the TOTO Brand within the K&B wholesale Showroom Channel:

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales tools and resources to support Showroom Channel segment for plumbing wholesale kitchen and bath business in TUS.
  • Execute Showroom Channel strategy and tactics for industry leading Showroom Rewards Program
  • Assist with planning and decision making process for Showroom Display Merchandising
  • Coordinate Showroom Channel budgets, estimates and invoice tracking
  • Strategic lead for showroom presentations, and training content, and website improvements.
  • Point of contact/strategic lead for TOTO field sales team and agency reps to drive showroom deliverables
  • Drive pricing, Showroom Channel strategies, new products, forecasting, and strategic plans for the Showroom Channel. Identify with input from regions to determine most impactful and on point objectives to drive growth.
  • Understand trends, customer base, and competition; make recommendations to develop and introduce new ways to drive growth of campaign & brand loyalty thru cross channel experience.
  • Analyze showroom strategy nationwide to improve brand experience & merchandising performance.
  • Thoroughly understand the competitive environment in K&B Showroom Channel and make sound strategic recommendations based on current competitor’s activities in the marketplace to drive, plan and implement focus on new product launches, trainings and events
  • Be the all-knowing brand ambassador and expert to drive and deliver Showroom Channel goals and objectives.
  • Develop annual Showroom Channel Initiatives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to hit annual Showroom growth objectives.
  • Provide monthly KPI updates for leadership sales teams
  • Work with counterparts to identify budget requirements to support annual Channel Initiatives ensuring alignment to account-specific funds allocation, investment guidelines, and ROI potential
  • Works with closely with the Marketing team counterparts to identify unique marketing needs to inform new product development, content or other creative asset development.
  • Manages execution of Showroom Program including assisting with the sales pitch in the field to drive conversions. Work with channel strategy analyst to analyze showrooms by region and pitch the end result of action items accordingly.
  • Drive planning efforts for each year and story behind each need and identified outcome as defined by Director of Channel Sales Strategy.
  • Co-collaborate on CEU’s with marketing team providing content support as needed.
  • Co-collaborate on our new Channel Sales newsletter – providing relevant ideas, tips and tricks, and best practices to share with sales teams to foster growth and unity for sales teams.
  • Analyze showrooms nationwide to improve brand experience & merchandising performance.
  • Manages vendor relationships for Showroom vendors and regularly provides updates to the Director of Channel Sales Strategy.
  • Co-manage the process and implementation of new product launches and implementation for all TOTO Showrooms including National Account Showrooms.
  • Manages the overall Lead Generation hand off process and training for Showroom Partners. Responsible for managing projects and owning action plans for showroom key partners in tandem with TOTO Sales Managers and Directors.
  • Own the Showroom budget for new merchandising displays and provide detailed analysis to the Director of Channel Sales Strategy with how to ideate the strategy to support use of those funds.
  • Develops and implements learn & earn/loyalty programs for showroom trade partners.
  • Develops in conjunction with the Sales Planning Department, a Showroom SPIFF program that is aligned with program objectives and competitive based on industry standards.
  • Establishes quarterly review process via Salesforce dashboards, to ensure plan integrity and maintenance via Sales team, and alignment to business goals.
  • Create presentations and training materials for all showroom objectives and programs.
  • Develop programs for customers and consumers to drive sales through Showroom Channel.
  • Identify customer needs and business opportunities within the channel.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related business field.
  • 3-5 plus years of business or channel marketing strategy and execution experience.
  • Strong business acumen, including business and market analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of Wholesale Showroom channel and sub-channels, in plumbing or related building products industry.
  • Must possess strong communication and presentation skills, and also be experienced in working with all levels of management and leadership.
  • Travel: 10-20%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B environment in wholesale K&B industry.
  • Design Experience a Plus.
  • Project Management Experience a Plus.
  • Proven capacity to lead cross-functional project teams and influence others.
  • Intuition for business with an aptness to use financial metrics to drive decision making.
  • Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation.
  • Ability to work on multidimensional tasks independently while collaborating with others.
  • Expertise with vital business skills (Google Docs, Google Meetings, Zoom, Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, etc.)
  • 100% Remote position unless located in ATL (TOTO HQ) which would be a HYBRID role.
