The perfect person is someone who isn't afraid to hit the phones, door knock, and focus on conversion as well as service to the clients. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking Real Estate classes.

Compensation:$40,000+ salary plus commission
Responsibilities:- Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
- Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
- Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
- Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Owning the organization of the database of clients working directly with our team's top buyer's agents
- Communicating clearly, promptly, and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and working to help convert clients and assist in the process of finding buyers find the perfect home
- Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's Real Estate market
- Follow up with clients weekly and send them customized homes to go view
- Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities
- Your main job is to grow in relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service!
- Present yourself in a professional manner
- Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Can spend a large amount of time driving
- Current and valid Real Estate License in Washington State
- Have or easily obtain membership with the NWMLS
- Have or easily obtain Supra eKey
- A reliable vehicle is necessary
