Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.Responsibilities:Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely mannerQuickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer serviceWork with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely mannerHelp buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to showIdentify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Preview and show homes to our clients• Host inspections• Host open houses• Assist with follow up and schedulingQualifications:Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologiesCan spend a large amount of time drivingSelf-starter and able to work with minimal supervisionDriven, motivated and desires professional growth• Active Washington Real Estate license preferred, but we will consider applicants who are partway through their coursework • No Real Estate experience required• Ability to work independently as well as with supervision• Willingness to be flexible and work cooperatively with team members to accomplish team sales objectivesAbout Company: About usBushwick is a small Real Estate business located in Seattle, WA.
