We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Manager to join our team for African-American women's wholesale apparel. As the Web Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company website. Duties:
- Manage and update the company website, ensuring that content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement website strategies and improvements
- Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for optimization and enhancement
- Conduct regular audits to ensure website functionality and user experience meet industry standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development
- Troubleshoot website issues and provide technical support as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Web Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive user experience
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus
