Marketing Manager - Website
The Opportunity:
HCHB is going through an exciting time of rapid market and product expansion, and to support that growth we are looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager to run our website.
Our website is our brand, and everyone sees it, from customers to prospects, to employees and partners and we want it to not only be our source of truth, but always be up to date, accurate and reflective of our current vision, product offerings and thought leadership pursuits.
You will lead our internal teams and external agency to ensure that our website is performing it's best, providing a great user experience and helping us achieve our lead generation goals through the conversion of leads through our site.
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager who can collaborate across teams to drive content and performance and who is self-motivated, creative, innovative, and analytical.
What You Will Do:
- Create and manage our website, including the overall website strategy that will engage visitors and ultimately drive leads.
- Content creation and catalog management, including collaborating with necessary internal groups to gather and create new content as products are introduced or functionality emerges and structuring content to best serve needs of visitors.
- Ensure a positive brand impression with all visitors.
- Create a calendar to drive constant upkeep of the site including management of the more static content sections of the site to ensure content is always current and relevant.
- Ensure conversion rate optimization across the website - including A/B testing with design and messaging and making recommendations on how to promote visitors to take desired actions, and form creation and updates to ensure forms are capturing the best information for lead gen efforts.
- Manage key words and SEO process with our web vendor and ensure our site is consistently returning high in search results.
- Manage social media, paid search, PPC ads, etc. as opportunities are identified with our advertising and lead gen teams. Includes scheduling and posting of content to complement larger campaign programs.
- Manage the overall maintenance and performance of the site through collaboration with our external web vendor, internal security and IT teams and marketing and product teams.
- Manage analytics and reporting on site health and traffic/visitor behavior to report out monthly to the Lead Gen team and Product Marketing leads.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of demonstrated success and expertise in website design, development, maintenance
- Expertise in writing and maintaining copy for web pages that support product and brand messaging.
- High attention to detail and creates and follows established processes for website care and keeping
- Ability to work independently and with the larger sales and marketing team to collaborate on projects and product updates as needed
- Comfort managing outside web and creative vendors
- Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement and introduce UIUX and content changes that improve conversions
- Comfort with keyword research, on page optimization, link building and technical SEO
