SalaryThis is an entry level position for the mechanical trades within the Mesa Maintenance Shop. Technicians will be assigned responsibilities from the lead, inspector, and mechanics to include; housekeeping, fuel systems cleaning, parts replacement and any other task needed in the shop.
Essential Duties:
- Assists and participate in routine inspections and make modifications to natural gas engines and generators.
- Performs load testing on units to identify possible problems.
- Makes electrical and mechanical wiring modifications to control circuits.
- Tests batteries, fuel, coolant, and oil; ship oil samples for analysis.
- Completes all assigned tasks directed by shop mechanics.
- Other related duties may also be performed; not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each individual holding this classification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
