Shop Foreman
Our client located in Southern, NJ is currently looking for someone to take on the responsibility of Shop Foreman. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom enclosure and cabinet systems. This position will require the individual to have hands on experience working in a industrial fabrication shop.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule manufacturing through Final Shipment
- Production standards that meet or exceed customer expectation
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Interact with Management, Sales, Engineering and QC to improve production
- Oversee improvement of employee skills with a concentration on cross training
Requirements:
- Hands-on Manager with experience in precision sheet metal fabrication or a related industry
- Experienced in managing a production floor of 20+ employees
- Knowledge of precision sheet metal fabrication processes in order to improve workflow to meet/exceed on time customer expectations
- Great communication skills
