Job Description:
Are you a meticulous and organized individual with an exceptional attention to detail? Do you have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously? If so, we invite you to join our highly successful classic car parts supply company as a Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Associate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
- Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of classic car parts.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to fulfill orders promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the procurement team.
- Assist in periodic inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling products and equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to count accurately are essential.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use or to learn to work with spreadsheets is a must.
- Proficiency in or ability to learn inventory management software.
- Proficiency in or ability to learn Google Suites.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with or interest in classic cars would be a bonus - but not required.
- Organized and able to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move packages of varying sizes up to 60 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $26.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
