Shipping & Receiving Clerk

JENNMAR is currently hiring for a Shipping & Receiving clerk in the Sinton, TX area. The Shipping & Receiving clerk will keep track of the products and supplies in the warehouse and manage orders to facilitate sales and production.

Job Responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

• Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers ensuring that the material is shipped & received on time.
• Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products.
• Performing quality checks on stored inventory and discarding inventory that does not meet the company’s standards.
• Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management.
• Dispatch & Routing.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports such as spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of filing & data entry.
• Mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Schedule of the Shipping & Receiving Clerk:

• Daylight Hours
• 8-10 hour shifts
