- Pick inventory for requested jobs/orders and transact them into ERP system
- Safely package products and materials prior to shipment
- Process shipments via FedEx Ship Manager software/UPS Worldship/DHL website
- Contact freight forwarders to schedule pickups
- Maintain records of shipments
- Verify shipping charges
- Manage inventory counts
- Receive PO’s in the system
- Update files reflecting orders shipped/received
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of Syteline ERP preferred
- Able to lift approximately 50 pounds
