EAM-Mosca Corp., Hazle Township PA, a dynamic market leader in the area of end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions, is seeking a driven and experienced Shipping Operations Associate.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Performs safety check on lifts daily
• Pull stock from inventory as per information on the packing list received from the order clerk
• Ensure all trucks or containers are loaded in such a way that products arrive safely
• Ensure all orders are signed off on the bill of lading by the drivers
• Check and sign all receiving documents after ensuring the incoming product is not damaged and is correct as per the purchase order
  • If damage is present fill out required damage report damage to purchasing department or the head of the department or any member of management
• Follow all work instructions relating to the warehouse position
• Retain copies of all required paperwork and return to the order clerk
• Transport materials and machines between 525 and 675 as required, using the company truck
• Rotate stock as required
• Keep warehouse neat and clean
• Contact appropriate vendors for equipment maintenance
• Complete monthly cycle counts
• Performs Building and Grounds functions as directed by the Operations Manager

Profile and Background:

• Strong safety focus
• High School diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Forklift certification required
• Experience in a manufacturing company required
• Non-CDL DOT certified or willing to get certified
• Ability to keep neat and organized records and files with attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to perform basic physical tasks such as lifting 50lbs
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday 7:30a-4:00p
