- Ensure outbound customer shipments are properly scheduled and loaded in a timely manner
- Monitor on time arrival of inbound shipments, ensure timely unloading, and ensure product is accurately stored
- Manage all warehouse processes to meet internal and external customer delivery needs
- Plan and manage warehouse space requirements at and with 3PL’s to ensure uninterrupted service to customers
- Manage local shuttle drivers and trailer requirements with external business partners
- Work cross-functionally with team members in Operations, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and other areas
- Hire, train, and retain a skilled and engaged team thru proper coaching, development, and performance management
- Measure and manage workload requirements across the teams and ensure the staffing plan supports business needs
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders on inbound material/ingredient supply, inventory adjustments, schedule changes, quality issues, or anything else that impacts customer supply
- Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse security to prevent any potential risks to our products
- Develop and drive improvement on warehouse metrics on service, efficiency, and cost
- Ensure legal, safety, quality, GMP, GFSI, and other regulatory requirements are understood and adhered to by all team members

Pay: $66,560.00 - $75,000.00 per year
