Shipping Coordinator

The Flower Shop is a leading wholesale cannabis distribution center committed to providing top-tier cannabis products to licensed retailers across Arizona. We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate to support our inventory management processes and maintain accurate inventory control.

Job Description:

As a Shipping Coordinator at The Flower Shop, you will be a crucial part of our team responsible for maintaining an organized and compliant inventory system within our cannabis distribution center. Your role will be responsible for the efficient and accurate coordination of all outgoing shipments from our HUB. You will work closely with warehouse associates, drivers, and other departments to ensure orders are picked, packed, shipped, and delivered, to ensure accurate inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify orders for accuracy and completeness
• Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to specifications and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation, including packing slips, and invoices
• Schedule and coordinate pick-ups with drivers.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
• Identify and resolve any shipping discrepancies or issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with warehouse inventory management
• Collaborate with warehouse associates to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Keep shipping, receiving, and finishing areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external suppliers, and freight carriers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure all items are put away by the end of the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
• Job may involve sitting, walking, or standing for extended periods, as well as stooping, bending, and crouching.
• Must be able to stand for long durations.

Per Arizona law, must be 21 years of age or above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
