SalaryPrime Turbines (PTB) is a division of Precision Aviation Group (PAG), a leader in the MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) industry for general aviation aircraft. PTB, a leading independent turboprop engine repair, maintenance, and overhaul company specializing today in the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A & PT6T, located in Mesa, Arizona currently has a position open for an experienced Lead Materials/Shipping Coordinator.
The Lead Materials/Shipping Coordinator will effectively manage all aspects of shipping and receiving of products and materials; as well as be responsible for maintaining multiple aspects of warehouse inventory duties, process flow and procedures.
Essential Functions include:
- Perform receiving procedures on incoming parts and materials
- Open Work Orders in Quantum ERP system
- Create, find and maintain records within the ERP and on paper for traceability
- Perform physical inventory count, reconcile, research parts history and location
- Create and physical assembly of kits
- Pull parts for WIP and direct sales
- Identify, control, segregate and maintain all stock
- Identify and manage all shelf life limited parts and materials
- Perform mutilation and disposition of all scrap parts
- Package and ship materials
- Perform freight handling (strap, wrap, proper labels, load/unload truck)
- Maintain stockroom and inventory cleanliness
Ideal candidates will offer:
- At least three (3) years related experience and/or training
- Experience leading a small team is desired
- Computer skills including electronic mail, Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions in English
- Forklift experience
- A valid AZ State driver's license
- Physical requirements: stand for extended periods of time, routinely reach overhead, bend, stretch, and `must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
