Shipping Clerk / Office Setting

The ZooZatZ brand by Ross Sportswear was built from the entrepreneurial spirit, starting with a screen – print set up in a garage in Minnesota 30 years ago. We have since evolved into a full women’s clothing line for over 300 colleges and professional teams.

We are looking for experienced Shipping Clerk for fast paced warehouse environment located in Brooklyn Park, MN area. We are seeking applicants to prepare and process shipments. The ideal candidate would be energetic, organized, detailed oriented, a team player and dependable.

Job Responsibilities

· Make UPC and retail tickets for customer orders

· Check packing slips for accuracy

· Prepare orders for parcel shipments using UPS/Fed Ex/courier

· Prepare orders for LTL including BOL’s

· Work with logistic companies to schedule pick up and deliveries

· Obtain shipping information from customer portals

· Create ASN’s

· Tracking status of shipments

· Order entry

· Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition by performing daily organization and cleanup of work area

· Participate in continuous process improvement

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

· High School Diploma or higher

· Ability to read, write and speak fluent English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

· Minimum two years with shipping software using UPS and Fed Ex

· Minimum two years data entry, excel and other company spreadsheets.

· High accountability for results and willingness to take initiative

· Ability to work overtime on a regular basis during peak season (May – October)

Physical Demands

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis

· Regularly bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and reaching

· Ability to stand or sit for lengths of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
