Position Summary:
We are seeking a Shipping Clerical Admin to work in a support capacity for the distribution center, prioritizing safety and cleanliness.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage multiple customer accounts.
- Respond to a large volume of emails in a timely manner.
- Perform accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule trucks for pick up.
- Generate bills of lading and manifest documentation.
- Work closely with Shipping operatives.
- Navigate and familiarize with customer routing web portals.
- Work with third party vendors to obtain quotes
- Complete any other tasks that may be assigned
Education/License Requirements:
Highschool Completion / GED or equivalent
General Experience Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience preferred
