Shipping And Receiving/Logistical Support

Lily of the Desert Nutraceuticals, conveniently located off Corporate Drive in Lewisville, has immediate openings in our warehouse shipping/receiving areas for experienced forklift drivers and warehouse personnel with knowledge of standard Shipping and receiving protocol and the ability to multi-task. These full-time permanent positions will focus on logistical support and warehousing/ inventory movement. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, our warehouse/shipping & receiving team members are responsible for supporting the shipment of goods produced as well as goods and supplies received for production purposes.

Qualified candidates will possess 3+ years direct experience in Shipping and receiving and a demonstrated history of good attendance with strict adherence to safety standards. Standard shift is M-F, 7:00am - 4:00pm with opportunity for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain life cycle control of all paperwork related to shipments
• Communicate to customers regarding shipments including providing dimensional information
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments
• Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular Shipping and receiving reports for managers
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
• Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
• Run daily open order report and ensure orders are shipped on time
• Follow up with our quality team on product releases
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products
