Shipping And Receiving/Inventory Clerk

Crown Staffing is now hiring clerks to work within our client's Volvo site, Hollingsworth, in Ridgeville! We are working with Volvo batteries and other material onsite.

• Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:40pm - $18.50/HR
• Monday - Friday 4:00PM - 12:30AM - $19.50/HR
• Paid weekly on Friday
• Currently Working Mandatory Overtime (7 days a week, 10 hour days)

Previous reach truck experienced desired and preferred.

Job Description

Ensures that all Shipping and receiving functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Receives a product into corresponding systems.
• Creates proper shipping paperwork for all outbound shipments (Customer Shipping and component returns).
• Verifies incoming product and paperwork for accuracy.
• Labels all inbound stock.
• Performs physical walk of inventory.
• Reviews necessary SAP screens (on a daily basis) to ensure material is accessible for the needs of the production team.
• Self-motivator; ability to work independently under general guidance and direction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Detail oriented with good organization and analytical skills
• General Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement
• Completeness and usability of documentation
• Ability to work in a team environment
