Job Purpose
Position is responsible for the Inventory Control activities and accuracy of all materials located at EBARA Pumps Americas Corporation-Rock Hill and Sparks locations including accurate record keeping and reporting. Additional responsibilities include managing the offsite warehouse, cycle counts and yearly physical inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Must learn and understand the receiving, manufacturing, and shipping process flow to effectively complete daily inventory tasks
- Ensure timely resolution to inventory discrepancies impacting cost and customer service by working closely with purchasing and other functional areas, as required
- Coordinate movement of inventory between Rock Hill, offsite warehouse, and Sparks.
- Document all inventory discrepancies, root cause, and corrections. Complete due-diligence investigations, transactions and communicate issues in the daily meetings
- Manage the crate labels and assist to corresponding supplier pallet numbers.
- Regularly monitor warehouse storage locations and reconcile with Pallet Manager. Ensure electronic log of crate locations are accurately maintained daily.
- Remove all crates from pallet manager inventory when used
- Lead daily/weekly cycle counts and yearly Physical Inventory
- Properly execute transactions within the company's ERP system for timely and accurate inventory management
- Define and improve component storage locations
- Clearly identify all raw material
- Define, organize, and maintain all inventory locations in warehouses, working locations and excess/overflow to ensure inventory accuracy. (reworded)
- Drive continuous improvements initiatives for inventory accuracy and management

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred, or applicable experience.
- 5 years' experience in Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse management environment.
- Organizational skills, Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments
- Able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of organization
- Good written skills required for emails, memo's, and reports
- Demonstrated advanced level of experience required in Microsoft Excel
- ERP system experience required, with emphasis on inventory and warehouse management features
- Must be certified or certifiable to use forklifts and various other material handling equipment
Working Conditions
The environment is a mixture of both office and production environments. Temperatures will usually be comfortable, with adequate lighting and moderate noise levels.
Physical Requirements
Be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis, or as a frequent occurrence.
