Since launching operations in Montreal in 2019, growth has been exceptional, including launching a third site in Elkton, MD. With over 250M cans per year of printing power, and more to come, Hart Print is well positioned to support the can supply needs of beverage companies across North America. The team is growing too! Your job purpose :

As a Shipping/Receiving Operator, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking orders and various merchandise to ensure a great supplier and client experience.

This role is made for you if :

• You are someone who enjoys organization and scheduling.
• You are at ease with technology and are quick to learn new digital tools.
• You describe yourself as reliable and punctual.
• From warehouse safety to on-time delivery, you’re team oriented and love to hustle!

How you will make an impact:

• Prepare all orders ready for shipping;
• Load and unload material going in and out of the warehouse;
• Pick and package special items for customers;
• Verify documentation and package integrity before Shipping and at reception;
• Act as the person responsible for the transportation of material throughout the company;
• Ensure work environment safety to prevent accidents in the workplace;
• Communicate with logistics and procurement about warehouse capacity status.

Knowledge and skills required

• Valid and current forklift operation license;
• At least 2 years’ experience driving a forklift;
• Organized and methodical;
• Team-oriented;
• Reliable, resourceful and punctual;
• Motivated with a desire to grow;
• At ease with technology and communication;
• Get ahead of the game if you already have a fork-lift training license and have experience in shipping/receiving!
