Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness
- Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Utilize Aloha POS system to process orders, payments, and track sales
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates, address concerns, and promote teamwork
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Aloha POS
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and experience managing food costs
- Culinary background or understanding of food preparation techniques is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
