Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or hospitality establishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operations and profitability
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Experience in bartending, banquet service, coffee preparation, or restaurant management is a plus
- Familiarity with assistant manager responsibilities is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
