Responsibilities:
- The Shift Leader position consists of managing the daily preparation of food items for a station or a specific area in the kitchen and cooking and plating all food orders in an efficient, healthful, and attractive manner.
- The Shift Leader also supervises the operations of a shift to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained.
- This includes supervising staff, scheduling and placing inventory orders
- Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
