You will be empowered to make decisions that lead to high levels of guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction. You must always display exemplary professional and positive attitudes. Expect to perform each task in the restaurant and regularly inspect and expedite food to ensure delivery of outstanding guest service. You are a part of the management team in meeting and/or exceeding standards for food, service, and sanitation.
Requirements
- Opening and closing of the restaurant.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours
- Learn and work all positions of the restaurant
- Reconcile cash registers.
- Manage inventory and product from delivery, prep and production.
- Inspect and Expedite food for guests.
- Be an active part of the management team to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.
