We are very successful and growing iconic Chicago Pizzeria seeking an experienced Shift Leader/Chef to help oversee our BOH Pizza & Kitchen operations. The selected candidate will work directly with our experienced GM and will have shared responsibilities for hiring, training and employee development. Shift Leader/Chef Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality pizza & food orders based on Rosati's original recipes.
- Ensuring high-quality menu items are complete, accurately and on-time.
- Lead by example by providing professional leadership & mentoring to staff.
- Generating an employee culture atmosphere focused on hard work, cleanliness and great customer service where guests’ expectations are regularly exceeded.
- Conducts all necessary quality & safety inspections and audits; develop and implement plans of actions.
- Ensures that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed.
- Responds to guest concerns with the ability to creatively solve problems; and
- Lead shifts with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
