Responsibilities & Job Details:
- Ensuring an exceptional service experience for every guest, every time.
- Cultivating and nurturing a positive and vibrant work culture within our team.
- Harnessing creativity to innovate and enhance the McDevitt product.
- Providing guidance and supervision to staff to maintain excellence in all aspects of operations.
- Effectively communicating expectations and requirements to both team members and upper management.
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive pay ranging from $24 to $30 per hour ($16.00/hr base wage plus tip pool).
- Full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications:
- Outgoing and personable demeanor with a knack for engaging with others.
- Proficiency in basic financial accounting principles.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to efficiently resolve conflicts and address challenges as they arise.
- Previous experience in a leadership role is highly valued.
- Prior experience as a Shift Lead or in lower-level restaurant management is strongly encouraged.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $24.00 - $30.00/hour.
About McDevitt Taco Supply: McDevitt Taco Supply started in 2011 on the Pearl Street Mall with a single taco cart. A few years later we partnered with Sanitas Brewing Company and built a second taco cart that would pull up to their patio every day and serve tacos to their beer-loving customers. This taco cart remains as the year-round option for food at Sanitas Brewery. We then expanded to the music festival scene with our Super Heady Taco cart, and quickly started selling tacos across the entire country! It was only a matter of time before we then outgrew our commissary kitchen and built our first brick-and-mortar location in 2017, opening up McDevitt Taco Supply in the Meadows Shopping Center on Baseline Rd. in Boulder, Colorado!
