Sheet Metal Fabricator/Installer $24+/Hr Doe

ULG has immediate openings for Sheet Metal Fabricators and Installers in Allendale, MI.

Responsibilities:

·       MIG and Stick welding Sheet Metal components (most commonly 16 ga)

·       Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings

·       Cut, shape, and form Sheet Metal using manual and power tools including shears, saws, brakes, and presses

·       Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

·       Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of projects

Requirements:

·       MUST PASS Pre-Employment Weld Test

·       Minimum 2-3 years’ experience fabrication

·       Willingness to travel for installation and maintenance projects up to 4 weeks at a time

·       Must posses basic hand tools of the trade and wear PPE

·       Driver’s License, Background Check, and Drug screening required
