RWD Consulting is a growing provider of services to federal and local government clients. We are seeking a Web Developer to provide applications, database administration, and web development services to meet the needs of multiple levels within the organization. 
 
Summary/Objective 
 

The contractor shall create, administer, and support custom web and scripting applications primarily using SharePoint Online. 

Subject matter expert (SME) support in the planning, analysis, development, testing, and implementation of various commercial off the shelf (COTS) and custom web applications, 

as well as provide recommendations and insight regarding the acquisition and integration of any identified third-party packages. 

Support in this area shall include the breadth of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including process definition, requirements management, project planning, quality assurance, metrics, testing, certification, validation and verification, architecture and re-engineering, security, and configuration management. 

 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

• Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience 

• Must possess a secret security clearance 

• Must possess CompTia Security+ (or related DoD 8570  certification) 

Specific Duties 

• Develop custom and specialized web applications within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).  

• Analyze systems requirements and design specifications and translate detailed systems designs into executable software. 

• Test, debug, and refine software to produce the required product.  

• Produce required software program documentation, including project plans, block diagram, logic flow charts, etc. 

• Utilize knowledge of DoD RMF protocols and processes and work with IA Engineers to ensure websites and applications meet enterprise cybersecurity standards. 

Other Relevant Skills 

• Knowledge of design and implementation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite 

• Experience using ServiceNow IT Service Management platform 

• Mobile application development, specifically iOS and/or Android
