Form of work Seeking one (1) Senior SharePoint Developer to provide direct support for our Ombudsman's and Record Management programs to design and build out SharePoint sites. The analyst will:

Period of Performance: The position is short-term, 40 hours/week for up to 6 weeks starting in mid- October and commencing by December 1, 2020.
Experience/Skills Required
- Design and develop SharePoint solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs and conferring with OSEC stakeholders to customize and structure SharePoint sites in a manner which meets business needs.
- Provide support in designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining moderately complex SharePoint sites, by focusing on, but not limiting activities to the workflows, document libraries, out of the box SharePoint features and collaboration sites.
- Write thorough, concise functional and design specifications and easily readable end-user documentation.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while working with project stakeholders daily.

Experience/Skills Required
- Good Communications skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Solid understanding of SharePoint Capabilities, Usage, and Platform
- Hands on experience with SharePoint Designer Workflows
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with SharePoint On-premise and Online as an administrator and developer.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint site security best practices
- Must have senior-level knowledge in developing and maintaining complex site collections utilizing best business practices
- Must have senior-level knowledge in developing SharePoint workflows.
- General experience in analysis and design of systems, including the SharePoint CSOM Model
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, design, and develop SharePoint solutions that fill client requirements.
- Highly desirable is experience with Visual Studio using, .NET, C#, JQuery, CSS, HTML, JavaScript and PowerShell
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook 2016, Office 2016/O365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Skype for Business, and SharePoint (2016 and Online)
