Title - ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst
Duration - 6 Months
Location - San Jose, CA Hybrid
Pay rate - $59.86 per hour on W2
As an HRSD Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the HRSD Product Manager during run the business (RTB) activities, as well as project support. You will be able to get vast experience within various applications in ServiceNow, but primarily be working under the HRSD (Employee Workflows) scope and applications gathering, documenting, testing, and releasing core functionality for the business teams across our Employee Experience (EX) function at Adobe, such as Payroll, Equity, Benefits, HR, Global Mobility, etc.
Job Responsibilities
Supports HRSD Product Manager leading design workshops and creating testing materials
Assists HRSD Tech Team with backlog management
Assists HRSD Product Manager with request intake and working with core business stakeholders for routine enhancement requests or defects
Document and refine RTB enhancements and defects submitted by the business
Writing/modifying stories in Jira
Conduct unit testing for enhancements and defects in advance of business testing in QA environment
Collaborating with HRSD developers where needed
Core Qualifications
Certifications:
ServiceNow System Admin certification (must)
HRSD Implementation certification (preferred)
Experience in HRSD architecture (preferred)
Functional:
Experience in gathering a documenting business requirement for ServiceNow
Experience with creating test documentation
Experience in SLA models
Business stakeholder management and communications
Rationalizing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
Experience using Jira
