Job Description:
- Support and guide stakeholders in defining their requirements using your knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITIL framework in compliance with best practices.
- Research, outline, write development stories based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements.
- Define timelines, monitoring the daily progress of deliverables and provide support and resources they need for completion.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform gap analysis, proactively identify areas of improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to development team.
- Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring they meet the defined user acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Support end-users pre and post implementation of new solutions providing guidance and knowledge to help resolve any gaps and ensure a smooth implementation.
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.
