Position: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Support and guide stakeholders in defining their requirements using your knowledge of ServiceNow platform and ITIL framework in compliance with best practices.
• Research, outline, write development stories based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements.
• Define timelines, monitoring the daily progress of deliverables and provide support and resources they need for completion.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform gap analysis, proactively identify areas of improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to development team.
• Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring they meet the defined user acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Support end-users pre and post implementation of new solutions providing guidance and knowledge to help resolve any gaps and ensure a smooth implementation.
• Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives.
