POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as a Project Management Office resource to coordinate development, enhancement and execution of complex, high profile projects. Responsible for performing analysis and documenting business requirements as well as current state and future state business processes. Researches best practices, compiles information and assists process owners to implement change and monitor performance. Responsible for providing project coordination through research, data collection and analysis of health plan data to identify areas for improving cost savings, utilization management, satisfaction, and market share. Interacts extensively with other CFHP departments. Helps ensure project management processes and reporting enable CFHP to complete projects. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration or other related field. Two or more years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a managed care/health plan environment or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, is required.
