Servicenow Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect / Engineer with extensive experience in both architectural and engineering roles within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in architecting the AUDIT module and have a strong background in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Experience in architecting the ServiceNow AUDIT module. Ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Development: Proficient in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform using App Creator, Studio, ES5/ECMAScript, and related client and server APIs.
• Web Technologies: Experience working with web application technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, etc.
• ServiceNow Components: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Service Portal, etc.
• Integrations and APIs: Strong knowledge in Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer, SSO, APIs, and Integrations. Capable of creating and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, REST APIs, and ACLs with advanced scripting logic.
• Service Portal Development: Experience in Service Portal to build custom Widgets & Portals.
• Configuration and Customization: Ability to create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.
• Management and Upgrades: Responsible for coordinating upgrades and changes, managing permissions and access (roles, users, and groups), and ensuring platform integrity through regular patching and monitoring.
• Documentation: Create and update existing configuration documentation.
• Platform Upgrades: Perform platform upgrades, review skipped updates due to upgrade standards, and adhere to community guidelines.
• Scripting: Proficiency in scripting across various areas such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, Portal Pages, UI Pages.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Significant experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Engineer, with specific experience in architecting the AUDIT module and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ServiceNow components, web technologies, and integrations. Proficient in scripting and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
