Job Purpose:

Our Service Writers ensures efficient vehicle maintenance scheduling and manage work orders.

Our Service Writer will enjoy:

• $18.50/ HR

Our Service Writers are responsible for:

• Open and close work order requests
• Run and review reports as needed
• Answers shop telephones and schedule repair appointments
• Maintain vehicle information files
• Take road call information and dispatch mechanics or outside service
• Arrange pick-up of outside repairs

 To qualify as a Service Writer, you’ll need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous vehicle maintenance administrative experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills
• Computer literate with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database applications.
• Subject to drug testing
