Automotive Service Writer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Writer to join our team.

I need someone to help us with:

• Customer intake
• Answering phones
• Pricing estimates and repair work

Monday-Friday 7-5

no weekends

We use Tekmetric as our shop management software, so someone proficient with this would be a huge plus, if not, it's very user friendly and easy to learn.

We really would like to hire someone with prior experience in this field.
