Service Technician【Repairing Electronic Experience Needed】

【Work hour】37.5 hours/week

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repairing and service spectrophotometers, color meters, colorimeters, spectrodensitometers, luminance meters, illuminance meters, luminance color meters, and illuminance color meters.
• Calibrating color and light sensor instruments.
• Preparing and managing of calibration certificates.
• Processing service orders in Infor CRM (formerly Saleslogix CRM).
• Prepare calibration documents and conduct training courses for all KMSA products.
• Experience in answering technical support calls.
• Maintain workflow for multiple technicians.
• Ability to do field calibrations.
• Ability to travel.
• In-depth knowledge of the Color & Appearance and Radiometric instruments
• Very strong communication skills and ability to assist customers with instrument and software issues.
• Ability to work additional hours to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of ISO-17025 accreditation process
• Maintain ISO-17025 documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong organizational and communications skills

AA degree in electronics or at least 5 years of experience repairing electronic equipment.

Good soldering skills

Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Ability to work independently.

Knowledge of Infor CRM preferred (formerly Saleslogix CRM)

Ability to answer technical phone calls (experience preferred)

Team oriented.

Overtime required.
