As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for on-site service and repair of windows, doors and cabinets in residential homes. This position requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site service and repairs of windows, doors, and cabinets at residential customer locations.
• Diagnose issues and determine the most effective and efficient repair solutions.
• Perform necessary repairs and replacements, including hardware, glass, weather stripping, and finishes.
• Ensure that all serviced products meet our high-quality standards and industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their questions and concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
• Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and service techniques through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in window, door, or cabinet repair is a plus.
• Previous experience in servicing and repairing residential windows, doors, and cabinets.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned
