What does a Field Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Swire Coca-Cola Vending and Cooler Equipment, managing truck inventory levels and having quality customer relationship skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Maintenance and Repair ensuring their effective operation
- Understand all Vending and Cooler dispensing equipment and related installation procedures
- Provide excellent customer experience
- Maintain Swire Coca-Cola’s standards of excellence
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED Equivalency
- Valid driver license
- Clean Driving Record
- Refrigeration Experience preferred but not necessary
- Technical repair experience
- Strong Safety Record
- Ability to handle physical work and lift items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Able to tolerate consistent bending, kneeling and twisting movements and to be able to step in and out of a work van throughout the day
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when needed and to be available for a rotating shift
