Overview

Come grow with us by joining our team as a Service Systems Supervisor!  In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. The Service Systems Administrator will assist the Service, and Ops Managers in coordinating the functions of the service department to ensure timely completion and delivery of all buses. The Service Systems Administrator is responsible for providing assistance on the service structure, strategy, performance, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:

  • The Service Systems Administrator works with Operations Managers, Service Managers, and assists Service Systems Supervisor in administrative tasks.
  • Maintain reporting metrics to improve services and accountability at all service locations.
  • Identify underperforming locations and communicate to Supervisor and assist.
  • Assist the Service Systems Supervisor in reports and create work order per Supervisors direction.
  • Work with Service Systems Supervisor and Sr. Manager of Service Systems to Standardize policy and procedures across the service network to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Responsible for assisting in the listed divisions.
    • New bus
    • Used Bus
    • Retail service work
  • Rebate assistance and reporting.
  • Report on all repair order statuses and dates in Procede
  • Provide data to assist service team on all repair orders are opened, closed and cashed out in a timely manner.
  • Preparing and scheduling capacity reports for Elite locations in accordance with Service Systems Supervisor.
  • Communicate with Transportation Coordinator on deliveries and pick up of vehicles to/from customer locations and other demonstration/sales locations. Provide reporting on all.
  • Assists in reporting corporately the forecast of unit deliveries by location.
  • Assist in maintaining IPL list for sales and service. Auditing pricing and labor on IPL.
  • Communicates with DMV department as needed.
  • Assist Sales Coordinators when necessary.
  • Recreates SOP and provides them for publishing.
  • Maintains recall information and reporting on compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in vehicle repair management
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and cooperative attitude
  • Strong customer skills
  • Highly Organized
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as product and service markups and discounts, proportions, and percentages.
  • Ability to learn Procede software.

Physical Requirements

  • Will be required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling, and climbing to perform multiple tasks of position
  • Must have the ability to board vehicles and inspect under vehicles if necessary.
  • Must have good manual dexterity
  • Must have the ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 lbs
