First Texas Honda is in need of a Service Support Clerk to help manage repair orders. The Service Support Clerk is responsible for creating, invoicing, booking, and closing repair orders. Previous experience is a plus but not a must. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare finished paperwork for customers
- Receive payments in cash, credit, and check format
- Follow up with Service Advisors to ensure payment
- Assist with other organizational tasks
- Follow up with accounting for internal auditing purposes
Qualifications:
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Punctuality in reporting to work
- Adaptive to change
- Strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
Hours:
- This is a full-time position
- Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Compensation:
- Starting at $20 per hour
