Overview:
- Follow all established Tropicana Safety Policies and Procedures
- Operate batch blending program to produce Blend of Day products
- Manually configure juice paths to import and export juice as necessary
- Maintain assigned zone within Safety, Housekeeping and GMP standards
- Perform tank cleanings (CIP) as necessary
- Respond to Packaging needs by supplying juice, water & CIP solutions as requested via manual hose and piping configurations
- Maintain aseptic tanks and perform tank inspections and seal-off tanks as necessary
- Maintain required documentation, including:
- CIP records
- Batch blending records
- Zone ownership forms
- Hourly tank levels
- Nitrogen receiving log
- Operate system to pasteurize juice for put-away
- All other tasks assigned by on duty Lead or Advisor
Purpose:
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with PepsiCo Values and Code of Conduct
- Proactively coordinate activities between the company and hourly personnel
- Actively support daily, period and annual plan
- Promote a positive team environment
- Ensure reliable and safe operation of equipment through troubleshooting and working with maintenance to identify issues
- Build the capability of the organization through training
- Be a role model and lead the department in TPM objectives and priorities including AM, PM, FI and OCCI as determined by the department and NWT teams
Safety:
- Ensure all safety rules, procedure, policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed
- Set the example for others by demonstrating adherence to safety rules, procedures, policies and GMPs
- Proactively and aggressively address safety gaps
- Participate in department safety audits and department walk-through
