Service Receptionist

FEERARI & MASERATI OF NEWPORT BEACH is seeking an experienced RECEPTIONIST for the service facility in Costa Mesa, CA. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Job Purpose:

The Receptionist is in charge of answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments from guests and miscellaneous office duties as assigned. The right candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Duties:

• Heavy phones and basic computer literacy are necessary for this position.
• Greet guests and callers in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
• Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Outgoing packages/mail
• Cash handling experience is a plus
• CDK experience preferred

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as receptionist
• Communication skills -- communicate effectively with others
• Time Management -- ability to manage one's own time
• Typing -- ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system
• Mathematics -- ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
