Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and deliver parts and supplies to various departments within the organization
- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions
- Assist with inventory management, including organizing and restocking parts shelves
- Coordinate with vendors for parts orders and returns
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Knowledge of retail math for handling payments and making change accurately
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus for effective communication with diverse customers
- Experience in hospitality, valet parking, or dealership environments is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus
