SalarySummers Plumbing Heating & Cooling out of Peru, IN searching for the next full-time Service Plumber - Plumbing Technician to join our bustling team. This role will develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, troubleshoot and service home plumbing systems, and ensure they are safe and in good operation. Our Service Plumbers / Plumbing Technicians are paid $40,000-$65,000, plus uncapped spiffs and incentives. We also provide top-notch benefits that start immediately including 2 weeks vacation after 90 days (pro-rated), paid birthday and holidays, a company-matched 401(k) plan, immediate health, vision, and dental insurance, work phone, iPad, gas card, take-home van, and company-sponsored lunches and events! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE PLUMBER / PLUMBING TECHNICIAN
- Possess some mechanical aptitude
- Able to be available for on-call hours/days
- Comfortable crawling and lifting according to job requirements
